Rules for the use of the website and provision of services

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules (the Rules) lay down the terms and conditions for the use of the website Socialscanai.ai (Socialscanai) and the services provided on Socialscanai.ai.

1.2. Socialscanai.ai is managed and administered by Lithuanian Limited Liability Company Socialscanai ai registered at Vilnius, Krivių g. 5 Lithuania (the Socialscanai.ai).

1.3. The User confirms their consent to the Rules and undertakes to comply with them when using Socialscanai.ai in any way or form. Any user who does not agree with one or more of the terms and conditions of the Rules will have no right to use Socialscanai.ai.

2. Definitions

2.1. For the purposes of these Rules, the following terms, when capitalized, have meanings as specified in this paragraph of the Rules:

2.1.1. Report: A comprehensive personal insight report providing details about an individuals personality, values, preferences, etc.
2.1.2. Commercial User: A natural or legal person using Services for business or trade purposes.
2.1.3. Tokens: Credits in the User Account that can be exchanged for Reports.
2.1.4. User: Any person ordering Reports or using Socialscanai.ai.
2.1.5. Account: The User Account opened to access Services.

3. Account

3.1. To use some Services, the User must open an Account via email registration, Token purchase, or third-party accounts (Google, Apple, etc.).

3.2. The User is responsible for login confidentiality. Any loss or unauthorized use must be reported to info@Socialscanai.ai immediately.

4. Reports

4.1. Tokens can be purchased and exchanged for Reports. Credits appear within 60 minutes of payment.

4.3. Reports are valid for 30 days from purchase. Remaining Reports will expire after this period.

4.8. Accuracy: Socialscanai.ai uses AI and public sources. Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on these Reports.

5. Responsibilities of the User

The User undertakes NOT to:

Use automatic devices or algorithms to copy or monitor the content.
Attempt unauthorized access through hacking or illicit means.
Engage in activity that violates privacy rights or involves fraud/spam.
Violate any applicable laws or the rights of others while using the platform.

6. Services & Payment

Payments are accepted via Credit Cards, Stripe, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Crypto. VAT rates apply based on User residence.

7. Private User Protection

Private Users have a 30-day right to cancel without reason. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

8 - 10. Data & Operations

8. Data Protection: Personal data is processed as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications: Socialscanai.ai may modify service costs or rules unilaterally with 5-day notice for negative changes.

10. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by acts of God, war, or internet outages beyond our control.

11. Liability

11.1. The User is responsible for all actions performed using the website. 11.3. Socialscanai.ai is only accountable for technical presentation and is not responsible for factual inaccuracies from public databases.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

12.1. All code, design, and branding are owned by Socialscanai.ai. Copying, publishing, or selling source code or materials without consent is strictly prohibited.

13. Applicable Law

13.1. All activities are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be settled via negotiation or competent courts in Lithuania.

14 & 15. Security & Final Provisions

Users must ensure login confidentiality and log out after use. These rules represent the full agreement between the User and Socialscanai.ai.
